Hello!!! I’m Alexandra Meseke, and here are a few things you should know about why I do what I do . . .

I photograph weddings because I love capturing the best parts of real life with my camera.  I photograph weddings because I believe in love friendship and family above all other things.  I photograph weddings because I get to meet new people literally every week of my life.  I photograph weddings because every single one is different and unique in its own way and keeps me growing not only as a professional, but also as a person.  And lastly, I photograph weddings because I am a true hopeless romantic, and watching two lovebirds tie the knot makes me ridiculously happy.

I hope you like to laugh, let go, and are just plain ready to have a great time.  I also hope you are here because you want the photographs of your big day to be captured in a free, creative, spur of the moment, non cookie-cutter kind of way.  I do not define my photography.  I am not “fine-art.”  I am not “photo-journalistic.”  I am not “editorial.”  I just go with my gut.  I see things and I photograph them without over thinking it.  Sometimes I walk along side you and capture the moments without making a sound.  Other times I will subtly guide you in the right direction to reaching photographic awesomeness.
