Eri and Junji were such a joy to work with. Their wedding proved to be a perfectly lovely way to spend a Sunday doing the job we love so much. This couple moved to New York from Japan this past winter, so they wanted to get some portraits of themselves that really represented the city that they were growing to love. We did their “first look” on the west side of Central Park, and then we jetted down to Grand Central for some classically romantic shots. Of course the romance continued at the Alger House, an absolutely charming gem of a wedding venue in the heart of the West Village. They really put on such a relaxed and personal event for their friends and family. It was an honor to be a part of it.
